End of January already!

 

I have a new goal this year.  

I'm gonna keep on top of this blog if it kills me!  My 2016 book came and we have all loved looking through it.  I'm never gonna journal so this is it for us.  So.  The remainder of January has been great!

-razor rides with Uncle Zack-

-Rosie destroying our entire yard-

-getting as much photography practice in as I can-

-hiking with friends at Peralta Trail-

-Riparian Preserve with cousins-

-Saturday chores of cleaning up dog poop-

-meeting Roxy, grandma Laurie's new puppy-

-listening to daddy teach us about the set up of the church for FHE-

-Emery and her preschool buddies and our toy room a mess every single day-

Oh, IVY.

 

Little Ivy.  

You are driving me mad, child! 

You continue to hold your poops for days and days at a time.  You live on Miralax and enigma's.  You fight it all day and night, crying.  You refuse food unless it's a granola bar or apple sauce.  You won't sleep unless it's on top of me.  It's a challenge!  But girl.  I'm obsessed with you.   

Smarty Pants

 I'm still not totally sure how this happened.  We STRUGGLE with homework.  It's literally the worst part of our day, every day.  But I'm super happy with how hard these girls are working!  

I'm also so happy about Sage's little journal entries.  Her activity days leaders are amazing and gave her a little journal with prompts to go with it.  I love it.

Payson

 

Took the ladies to Payson to play in the snow, except there was zero snow.  Lame!  We had so much fun though.  Took hikes, played monopoly and scrabble, watched movies, had treats by the fire, and just relaxed.  We always love our weekends up in the mountains.
