{JANUARY}

I'm struggling to keep up with these books and have almost thrown in the towel numerous times.
BUT.
Our 2015 book came, and it's pretty awesome to glance back at our year together.  The number of pages each year is dwindling; not because we have less going on, but because I'm getting busier and lazier all at the same time.  HA!
A quick recap of our month in JANUARY:

Poor fourth kid gets major hand-me-downs that are falling apart.
My little C loves to organize and straighten our drawers every night.  It's pretty magical.
This kid LIVES at my side, all day every day.  I don't hate it though because I know she is my last and I am soaking it all up.  She's getting big way too fast.
We celebrated Grandma Shari's birthday at our house.  We sure love this lady.  She is hands down, THE best.  We are so glad she is ours.
I'll never get tired of seeing things like this around the house.  This gem says,
"Meet Charlotte 26 (her number at school)
hi my name is Charlotte
ice cream is not healthy for you but vegetables are good for you.
Mexico is fun."
Hard to believe, but a kid this beautiful actually can be horribly naughty and stubborn.
Our date nights have been on point this month!
Sushi, sushi, and more sushi.  And knockerball.
Seriously the best night I've had in a while!
Another by Charlotte.  Pay attention to line three.
Say what?!!!
"Charlotte.  1.  That dog is barking at my dad.  2.  Sage is sitting on her kooch.(couch!) 3. Zip up your red jacket.  4.  Moms new perfume smells like cherry.  5.  This morning I ride my bike to school.
This poor girl catches every cold and crap going around.  Her immune system  is just shot after all the antibiotics she lived on the first year of her life.  I sure love the snuggles though.
My folks have their horses at their new place now, which is fantastic for us!  Sage and Emery are IN LOVE with horses and beg to ride all the time.

Christmas Morning 2015

Santa came!

We told the girls they couldn't go in the family room in the morning, but that didn't stop them from coming into our room and waking us up at 5AM.
They never do that!  We made them climb into bed with us and they went right back to sleep.  We woke Em and Ivy up at 7 and made our way to the tree.  The morning was short and sweet and perfect.  I love this little family of mine.
Poor Ivy got the shaft.  One present to open.
Thankfully she doesn't care!
I love how excited they get to watch each other open gifts.
They are always so happy for each other.

Christmas Eve Evening

Christmas Eve we went to the Overton's for tamales!  Best meal ever.  We opened gifts and let Uncle Monte and Aunt Kasey assemble all the girls' toys so we wouldn't have to.  :)

After making our way back home and into our Christmas PJ's, we wrote our letter to Santa, opened the gifts the girls picked for each other, and went to bed where no one fell asleep.
Ivy was a bit of a pill this hour.
Tantrums all over the place.
