December

 I finally replaced my camera that was stolen last year!  I am so in love with it and have been having so much fun learning it.  My kids will be annoyed with me soon, I'm sure.
 boys never grow up.

Emery is {FiVe}

 This beauty is FIVE!!!!!
Emery and I had a rough few years, and I know she will always test me and have her own special little stubborn and head strong will--but lately?  We are BFF's.  She is so sweet and kind and wonderful.  Her mind is amazing and she is always surprising us with her questions and comments about life.  She thinks outside the box, and we love it.  For her fifth birthday, she got to have her very first party with friends!  We had pizza and treats with all of her preschool friends after school one afternoon, and Sage and Charlotte left school early to be my little helpers.  We played and ate and partied and she loved every second of it.  Happy Birthday, sweet Em!

Random November Shenanigans

  Girls rule!
I love having friends over for the girls.  We've got Violet, Macy, and Piper playing!
 Family smore's and campout in the backyard (back before Rosie ruined it.)  Dad and Charlotte lasted all night, everyone else snuggled in mom's bed.  We watched Finding Dory on the projector and had so much fun.
 It's rare that I get a solid night's sleep.  I'm losing my mind most days, but I also love the snuggles.

Rosie is turning out to be the best pup.  She is still destructive and learning, but she's getting there!  She's a great running partner and has only tripped me once or twice.  ;)We had Thanksgiving dinner with the Overton's a few days before Thanksgiving, and then on T day we met at BJ and Kat's again for our annual spread.  Always so yummy and fun!
 I love this pic so bad.  For part of Emery's daddy-daughter birthday date, she chose to go hiking with dad and Rosie.  Sage was so jealous Emery decided to let her tag along on the hike.  Man I love these girls.
 Emery LOVES preschool.  And I LOVE seeing all of her awesome work come home.  I'm so thankful for her teacher and for how awesome she is with the kiddos.

Stop it.

 I'm having serious heartache lately about my five girls.
Every single one of them is growing so big and so fast.
I can't stand it.
I love watching them grow, but my heart can't really take it.
I need my babies to stay babies!

{Field Trip Mania}

 I'm so lucky to be able to go on field trips with my favorite ladies.  Sage and I started at the zoo where we picnic-ed and played.  Then two days later Charlotte and I went to the Phoenix Children's Theater and watched a fun (read: silly, boring) Christmas play.  No matter what we are doing, I LOVE having this semi-one-on-one time with these kids who are growing up too fast.
